What is GiftCard Connect?
GiftCard Connect is a web app that allows you to manage gift cards, reloadable cards and gift vouchers in a simple and organized way. It provides complete management of customers and all related operations (creation, usage and history), designed to help you work quickly and efficiently.
Do I need to install anything?
For desktop use, no installation is required: simply access giftcardconnect.it/app from your browser. To take full advantage of all features, the mobile app is recommended (Android, iOS coming soon), to be used on devices that support NFC reading.
What type of cards can I use? Do you provide NFC cards?
GiftCard Connect supports NFC cards of type NTAG213, NTAG215 and NTAG216 with NDEF writing.
You can easily use the cards you already have. Alternatively, we can provide compatible cards for you. Take a look at the Use cases page or contact us — we’ll be happy to advise you!
Is the app secure? What happens if a customer loses their card?
Access to the app and to customer data is protected by Google authentication.
For additional security, no personal data or remaining credit is stored on the cards given to customers. In case of loss or theft, you can simply associate a new card with the customer directly from the app.
Where can I find the app?
The app is available at giftcardconnect.it/app and can be downloaded from Google Play. The Apple App Store version will be available soon.

Is an internet connection required?
Yes, GiftCard Connect requires an active internet connection to work.
